Sorry to say that blade did not remain sharp after a few uses. Disappointed. Hopefully I will get better results with the two remaining knives.

The knives are nice. Good blade. However, the description says soft grip plastic handles. I was under the impression that it would be a little spongy, which would help people to hold it that may have issues like arthritis. The handle is just normal, hard plastic.

Everything went smooth and fast with no problems. Knives are great, but I just received green and blue, not a three pack otherwise it would have been perfect. I know mistakes are made and I was alright with it if I didn't do this. The price was still great.

Received knives in timely fashion. Honed them. Razor Sharp. They are holding their edges superbly. I haveNine such knives some are ceramic some carbon steel. No discernible difference. Go for it!
